Tim and Felicity then started a helpline as part of the charity’s remit from their home in Haddenham.
Felicity has been active with the Association since then, first as Secretary, then later as Editor of early editions of the newsletter, and latterly as a trustee. She has been involved in three office moves, helped to appoint five heads of the Association, and has seen the charity through two changes of name.
