MANCHESTER LYMPHOMA SUPPORT GROUP

ABOUT THE GROUP:
The Manchester Lymphoma Support Group has been meeting for the last eleven years.  We are a friendly group of people who live with a diagnosis of Lymphoma either as a patient, family member or friend.

We meet at the Christie Hospital on a Wednesday evening six times a year.  Usually there are approximately twenty attendees, including regulars and new members.  Our meetings are informal and there is a good sense of camaraderie!  We are a very friendly group of people and no-one is under any pressure to speak.

We find it helpful to talk together, providing mutual support by sharing our experiences, as we are all in similar situations.  We share useful information from the Lymphoma Association as well as our own sourced information such as publications, website links, support services, helpful organisations and valuable contacts.  Our group emphasis is on friendship and support.

The Manchester Lymphoma Support Group is not a fundraising group, although some members organise fundraising initiatives independently.
