CELEBRATIONS
Making a donation to the Lymphoma Association in lieu of gifts can be an ideal way to celebrate a special occasion.
Many supporters have chosen to help people affected by lymphatic cancer by asking friends and family to donate to the charity instead of buying a present for their birthday, anniversary or wedding.
If you're about to celebrate your birthday or an anniversary or are getting married, why not ask friends and family to make a donation to the Lymphoma Association instead of giving a present? By doing this you will be helping to provide free information and vital emotional support to anyone affected by lymphoma.

Here's a few of the ways that our supporter's have been helping us....
BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
When Joyce Southall turned 70 years old, she celebrated the milestone with a big birthday bash. And instead of her guests bringing presents, Joyce asked them to donate money to the Lymphoma Association which raised £1,200.
Joyce said: “I wanted to give something back to the Lymphoma Association as they have helped me so much. It was also my way of doing something to benefit other people affected by lymphoma.

WEDDING CELEBRATION
Gemma & Mark Oakley kindly purchased periwinkle badges to use as favours for each of their guests, which they put in a white box tied up with purple ribbon. Each guest also received a small card with information about the Association to help raise vital awareness of lymphatic cancer.
Gemma & Mark said: “It was lovely to see many of our guests wearing the periwinkle badges at the wedding breakfast and into the evening”.
