THE BRITISH GAS GREAT LONDON SWIM

Royal Victoria Dock, London
Thanks to everyone that took part in The British Gas Great London Swim. This event involved participants swimming one-mile in the heart of the capital, giving them the rare opportunity to swim against the striking urban background of Canary Wharf and the London Docklands area. THE BRITISH GAS GREAT SCOTLAND SWIM
21st August 2010
Strathclyde Country Park, Scotland
This one-mile swim takes places in Strathclyde lock, Glasgow-venue for the 2014 Commonwealth Games. It costs £25 to enter, which includes your entry fee, event pack and a Great Swim souvenir medal and t-shirt.
THE BRITISH GAS GREAT NORTH SWIM

Windermere, Lake District, Cumbria
This one-mile swim was voted 5th top open-water swim in the world. In 2009, an impressive 6,000 swimmers took part in the event, which is open to swimmers of all abilities. It costs £35 to enter, which includes your entry fee, event pack and a Great Swim souvenir medal and t-shirt.
