Information and Support Officer

To deliver high quality, emotional support and information about lymphoma as well as manage the engagement and distribution of information materials to healthcare professionals.

Full–time (35 hours), based at our office in Aylesbury
Salary of £20,000 to £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Lymphoma Association is a national charity which provides information and support to people affected by lymphoma (lymphatic cancer) – the fifth most common cancer in the UK. We also work with and support the healthcare practitioners who care for lymphoma patients.

We are looking for an Information and Support Officer to join our team during an exciting phase of growth, with new plans and initiatives being launched in the areas of support services, publishing, training and education.

The role requires someone with an experience of working in a helpline, support or customer services environment and who has communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being highly organised.
